A friend and I come here often, and every time, it has exceeded our expectations. The burgers here are so perfect. In the same ball field as In N Out!! I always get the cheeseburger plain, with extra cheese, plus mayo. She gets the regular double patty burger, and of course fries. There is a decent amount of seating, though I feel like the space is a little cramped for the number of customers that come in, especially at dinner time. The cashiers are always welcoming, friendly and funny. I will continue to come here as much as possible for my burger craving. I love you, Five Guys!

What else can I say but thank you for being a great burger joint. You could say there is nothing special about this little spot, but in reality it is special in its own way. Great customer service, friendly employees, reasonable prices, fast service, great food. First impressions are a big thing with me and you met the standard my first time. From when I placed my order, till when I finished my burger with a smile. The fries are just fantastic. You have made a fan five guys.

Great filling burgers and fries. The little burgers and a little fry is ultra filling. Service is great, friendly and fast.

Just got burgers to go, and I got home and the buns were hard as a rock and the bacon tasted old too. Super disappointed! I feel like there is no way that they could have grabbed those buns and not realized they were stale, I can't believe they would serve them that way! Feel like this location has been going down hill lately. Last time I tried to order on my way home from work and got put on hold. It took me 15mins to get there, and when I showed up with my phone in hand and asked if they had forgotten something the girl tried to start giving me and excuse and then have up when she realized she just plain screwed up.

Really good burger, really greasy burger. Could these two things perhaps be related? Probably. I can't believe that with the hundred of burgers I have eaten, I hadn't been to a 5 guys until last year. I also think that had I started eating them a while back, I would be writing this from my recovery room after my quintuple (or more) bypass. I really like the options to throw on your burger that a lot of places seem to overlook, or just do the basics (or just ignore what you ask for and throw whatever is convenient for them. At risk of sounding like a broken record, I didn't really care for their fries. That being said, I am not a "state fair" fry kinda guy. I like them crispy, and preferably thin cut, maybe even waffle, or even an occasional curly, but not the 2x4 fries that are always soggy. Peanuts just seem like a gimmick, and with how good the burgers are, and how much everyone loves the fries, it just doesn't seem necessary. Not going to take anything off for it, but I have a friend that is allergic to peanuts, and is afraid to eat anything from there..... More for the rest of us I suppose.

My favorite east side fast food burger! I love the variety of toppings available which they are very generous with, and their fries flavorful and in abundance. For having peanuts everywhere, the interior and bathroom is pretty clean. I've never had a problem with customer service too. But really, how hard is it to mess that up? If you can't have In n Out, Five Guys is the next best thing. Go for it!

The burgers are very good. A touch on the juicy side. All the toppings are free, a nice touch! I wouldn't say these are the "BEST BURGARS EVAR!!11!!1!!!!". They are good burgers, done right. The fries are good, just standard good. I do not like the fact they sell only one size of fries (it serves about 4 people). It is either wasteful or gluttonous to have portions so huge...either way - an odd way to do business in the 21st Century. The interior is a bit blaring and obnoxious - and loud. Not a "nice chill place to get a burger". The bright red and white interior grates on me a bit. The entire décor scheme is nothing but copies of magazine articles reviewing Five Guys as the best thing on earth (some blown up to poster size), which is also a little grating. Some actual personality would make for a more inviting restaurant. There is nothing wrong with Five Guys...and if you like burgers - you will NOT be disappointed. I just never end up choosing it very often due to the reasons listed above. There are scores of "just as good" or better places where you can relax in a booth, have some other side items, hear yourselves talk, etc. Handy Bonus Hint™: If you are stopping by here on the way to the ballpark, bring a big Ziploc bag. They provide "all you care to grab" in-shell peanuts for free with meals in a big self-serve bin. You can easily stock up and avoid the in-park ripoff.

Five Guys is our favorite place to go when we want a quick, greasy cheeseburger and fries. The burgers are good (definitely not the best burgers I have had, but good). The portions are HUGE. One "small" burger each and a medium fry to split between the two of us is normally more than we can eat. The fries are very good. They are cut from fresh potatoes and well salted. While they are greasy, they are really delicious. You can also request "seasoned" fries which we get periodically. I really like both fries, but I feel the seasoned ones become a little bit too much after eating quite a few. I prefer the regular fries. The cheeseburgers are pressed on the grill. They are on the thin side, but they have a great flavor. There is also a large list of FREE toppings you can choose from. I always get a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and pickles. I sometimes end up removing some of the tomato just to fit the burger in my mouth. I have found that the lettuce and tomato help soak up the grease, so I order it even when I am not in the mood for veggies on my burger. These are messy burgers that need to be consumed with a stack of napkins and some skill. Use the foil it is wrapped in to hold your burger and unwrap a little at a time for less mess. Five Guys also prides themselves on their service. The employees are plentiful and they work hard. They are always super friendly and the restaurant is normally pretty clean. While Five Guys is not by any means my favorite burger place, it is my favorite "fast food burger". If you haven't been to Five Guys you need to try it.

I'm still a fan of Five Guys and have been to a number of locations in several states. Besides the good food here, the thing that strikes me is the consistency across all Five Guys locations. The burgers are juicy and served on very fresh buns. The available toppings, all included in the price, are almost more than the buns can hold. They serve the burgers in aluminum foil, otherwise you would have a mess all over the table and the front of your shirt from the juicy meat and toppings! The fries are always fresh and they give you more than you probably need to eat. They have Malt Vinegar available to sprinkle over the fries (always a good sign). Five Guys is one of our favorite places to get a good quality, quick, fresh, hamburger and fresh fries.

Love the service here. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They have the best burgers, and their fries are perfectly cooked to order every single time. Cajun fries are the way to go by the way. I have never been disappointed in any way coming here. Will come back every time I'm in the mood for a delicious burger and killer fries.

These are hands down the best burgers in town. You just cant beat them. I'm not a huge fan of the fries, but everyone else seems to love them.

Well the greasy fries were salted just right and of course enough of them to kill me, got the regular burger and was delicious and cholesterol high which made it taste great.

I would avoid this place if you are allergic to peanuts...shells are everywhere. Otherwise I could see myself eating there at least once a week to my cholesterol level's dismay. I have ever been to one of these chains before so I wasn't expecting much. The burgers were great. Burger comes with just about everything you could imagine at no extra charge (grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, etc) and you can order more toppings (jalepenos, green peppers, raw onions) for free if you want. The bacon cost extra, but it was worth it because bacon goes good on everything. The fries were made fish n chips style and they had malt vinegar to add if you want. When I got back home to L.A., I found out that they had 2 of them here but they are about 20 miles away, so I'll have to remember next time I go to that part of town. The only things missing from this place are either milkshakes or a good beer to go with the burger.

The burgers are pretty awesome to tell you the truth, for a chain that is. All the complimentary optional toppings are definitely generous. In my opinion the real star of the show is certainly the french fries. The Cajun fries are kinds like ones a at checkers, only more substantial and they don't carry the mental burden of wondering if food poisoning will be incurred. And nothing can create more excitement in me than a big line of malt vinegar bottles lined on a counter for the fries. On the negative side, the interior design is pretty lame, just white walls with frames and frames of positive reviews from national newspapers. And in my personal opinion no burger meal can be complete without a milkshake, which five guys is sadly absent of. But, whenever I need a quick tasty burger and an ungodly enormous amount of spicy fries, I turn to five guys.

The burgers at Five Guys are quite delicious. Big, juicy, half pound burgers with savory toppings and sauces. I would recommend take-out instead of dining in, since it's a small, fast-food restaurant with peanut shells all over the ground. If they can do a better job sweeping up the place, it'd give it 4 or 5 stars overall.

In love with their cajun fries and addicted to their burgers. I get mine with mushrooms, onions and BBQ (is that weird combo? lol). The first night we went the staff were amazing! They just had this flow going and the mood was very upbeat. It was fun watching them make the orders and interact with the customers. Awesome customer service! Restaurant is clean and food is good so two thumbs up for this location!

Whenever hunger for burgers strikes, you can hit fast food or you can hit good food. I'm not saying healthwise one is better than the other, but after tasting 5 Guys burgers, I would gladly pay the 5-6 dollars for a double burger than a 99 cent double cheeseburger from another place. Its just soooo good. Having malt vinegar to dip you delicious fries in is a treat from Hades....service is down to a science in these places. I've been here on a slow day and when lines are out the door. You get your food in the same amount of time....extraordinary. My only complaint - and I say this with slight sarcasm, they may have an issue with wasting food. In particular, a regular order of fries will net you enough to feed a family of five....you get that many fries. I can't count how many times I have seen people throw literally full bags of fries in the trash can. Unless you like fries and can eat that much I say they waste potato in this fashion - but they are known for it and apparently it works - I get the small order of fries and its still too much.... Great tasting burgers and fries...enough said.

My favorite Five Guys is this one so far... TONS OF PARKING!!!!! I like eating here, My wife and i can both eat for under 15 bucks... I am a burger and fries kind of guy... My wife being from Africa has to have taste and flavors... She loves the hot dog with tons of stuff on it... You get to eat as many peanuts as you can while you are waiting on your food... I have never had to wait a long time.. As long as you don't go at lunch time the place is very clean... It is nice they keep enough people working so someone can clean up the dinning area... I have ate every kind of burger you can get there while my wife has had The hot dog with every different topping they offer... We always get the cajun fries because they are the best... And they always put tons in the bag... It is a great place, everyone i have met has been nice and friendly...

"YOU HAVE *GOT* TO GET TO FIVE GUYS. IT'S THE BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!" If I had a buck for every time I heard the breathless bromide above when the discussion turns to burgers, I'd have a nice pocketful of cash. I had a regular bacon cheeseburger with traditional toppings; tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard. Nice fresh ingredients, but the meat kinda got lost and it almost tasted like a salad sandwich instead of a burger. The fries were a wonderful treat. I had mine spiced, and they get a nod of approval for supplying malt vinegar. The interior is nothing special. Free peanuts while you wait? Eh...big deal. I came for a burger, not peanuts. The ubiquitous tip jar at the counter is a turn off. I resent the implication that I'm supposed to tip someone for merely taking my order. I'll go back, but now I know to order their double if I want to actually taste the meat. Don't get me wrong, the burgers are good, the fries better, but I don't see what all the fuss is about.

If you are in search of the best burgers you need to come here. They have single and double 100 % beef burgers with a whole lot of toppings you can add at no extra charge. They also have hot dogs grilled cheese and a veggie sandwich if you prefer. I would suggest you order the small fry as they always top off your bag with a hefty extra scoop of fries
